20. An interesting club depicting an Algonquin native. There is an inscription carved to the back of this club which reads “1917 GORE’S LANDING ONTARIO” in my opinion this has been carved at the time of purchase and the club is older than that date. It may have been carved by a native or a settler but is brilliantly done possibly a portrait? Richly patinated hickory, very good condition.
